Curly toes

I am new at the chicken and duck thing, and I started small but over the summer I had three white chickens and two brown chickens just show up two doors down. I let them be for about a week waiting for them to go home, but they never did and the owner of the home came back from visiting her daughter. She has a puppy and would bark at the chickens in the yard and started to complain. I knew they needed more nutrition than just free ranging so I heard them to my yard. There was a pecking order that got established but the three whites started to lose the feathers on there belly and tail. They have been here for about four months and all three have yet to regrow the feathers. Well tonight I go out to feed and water and I find one of them around the back side of the coop all by himself and he was the one that I noticed that has been having trouble walking and his toes started curling in. Now he can’t walk at all. When I look this up everything keeps giving me baby chics but this bird has to weigh close to 15 lbs. I am not sure but he is heavy to pick up. Please help I don’t know what to do and in the same day I am learning how to treat bumblefoot in a duck. Don’t get me started there. I found her in a pool just feather saturated there in water. Just now about to wake up but I got her inside warmed up and dry and that’s when i noticed the black spot on her foot but I found what to do with that. I am so overwhelmed it’s not even funny. Please anyone help!!!!!!

I'm sorry you're having trouble.
Can you please post some photos of the chickens? Especially the one that isn't able to walk?
I don't know much about Ducks, but will take a look at your foot photos too. If I don't know, then I'll tag in a few folks that might have some suggestions.

Knowing your location would be helpful as well - you don't have to give your address, but like what state you are in if in the US or what country - this way we have a better idea of what products (if any) to suggest. Plus it gives us an idea of your weather too!

For you fella that can't walk, can you bring him in or place him somewhere that will be comfortable for him, especially if it's cold outside. Do make sure he's getting something to drink and encourage him to eat if he's willing, but hydration is the first step.

Could the lame chicken be a cornish cross meat chicken? It would be good to see some pictures. Human vitamin B complex tablets 1/4 tablet daily is something that might help if he has a vitamin deficiency. Other thoughts are possible Mareks disease. But if he is a meat chicken, they grow very large fast, and they can suffer from leg issues after the normal age for butchering.
