So... had a question about currants. I have read how they were made illegal because of fears of them spreading a certain bug.

I wanted to ask if currants can affect livestock adversely? Not suggesting they can but wanted to double check. Some wild berry plants aren't intended to be eaten by animals, like chokecherry seeds for example.

I mean quail eat them but idk about other livestock

Thank you. I've heard interesting things about this. Like 1 of Greg Judy's videos on sheep farming he says sheep will eat mature acorns, but if they eat them when green and immature its bad.

And there are some things that can make animals sick. It will take time to get a list of this.
