Custom built chicken coop for sale. This is not one of those diy order off the internet coops. It was custom built by my husband for my chickens. The only reason we are selling is because we are moving to a new place and we are building a new coop. The coop is one year old.
The siding is 5/8" T-111 siding, sealed with an high-end water-proofing honey color deck stain. The roofing is Endura. There are 12' of roosts, 6 nest boxes, and self-feeder. A drop-down hinged flap in the front and two windows in the back provide lots of ventilation, but allow you to close it up for cold nights. The walk-in door can also be left open for ventilation, with a screen door to contain chickens and keep varmints out. The coops is built on two 4"x4" skids for easy loading onto a flatbed. Overall size (including nest boxes) is 5' x 8'.
Pictures don't do this coop justice, it is really a nice addition to your small farm or backyard chickens. We've had up to 22 chickens in this coop and it has served us well.
We are asking $1000 obo.
Update: Well, we thought the coop was sold, but the guy never showed up. So it is up for grabs again.
