cutting ducks nails

what is the best way to cut ducks nails

with dog nail trimmers because duck and chicken nails look alot like dog and cat nails!!!

Dog nail trimmers are too big! Cat or rabbit nail trimmers are good, but I just use plain old human nail trimmers.

why would u trim them? Mine are in the backyard and look fine

I feel like they are so defenseless. Maybe the nails- like a cat claws- can give them some hope of fighting back a little bit in case of an intruder.
