Daily Protein intake per hen?

So I will be going to superworms as a protein source for my chicken. I don't want to overfeed them though thus I looked at the protein requirements per hen. On the Internet I found a hen needs 108grams of protein per day. Do you think that's correct? I know the weight of a superworm and it has around 20% protein, so I would like to calculate how many worms per day should I give to my chicken.

I don' t know where on the internet you found this information, but it is wrong.
Depending on life stage, breed and size, a chicken needs between 90-110 grams of feed per day, providing 18-20% protein.

108 g of feed (approximately 1/4#) not protein. Protein would be closer to 20 g. You are basically there just with the feed.
