Daisy and Rose's New Duck House !

The yard for my Indian Runners is finally under construction ! Just put duck house together today with a prefabricated kit ! More to do still, lots more !!!

That is adorable. How are you going to get them in it? Or will it be placed on the ground?

Build a ramp in back to the back door ! But sometimes I might just lock them up, because it will depend on the weather n wildlife ! I raised it to be able to clean underneath the house ! Their is going to be a wire fence with a pile roof up high and hopefully a connecting run ! Which all is inside old garden which is fenced but old needs repairs ! Awesome chicken coop already built that going to be for the EE babies !!! Problem is no shade landlord cut down only shade tree !

Well that’s a bummer! But you can get shade material and cover your run too I bought off of Amazon to put over my patio which faces south. Really works good. It comes in different sizes. And your going to want to cover the top with some kind of fencing hardware cloth would be the best then put the shade material over that predators climb and dig.

Yeah I got 4 huge posts n need one more will put wire around that and a solid plywood roof with probably a tarp over it for roof ! I need to make a walk in gate ! Then connect it to metal run some how and get shade cloth for run n cover ! It be nice and safe ! I get pictures what I'm dealing with today before work !
