A white rooster has started hanging around a friend's house in East Dallas. He's a really docile guy and she said he doesn't crow much if at all. She has asked her neighbors if they know where he might be from, but nobody really knows. He wandered up to her house 3 days ago and sleeps perched on her fence every night.
I thought I would try here before she calls animal control. She asked for my help since she doesn't have chickens and I do. We are in the city and roosters are not allowed.
