Dangers of Cleaning Products

I have some 2 month old bantam Ameraucanas currently living in my room right now, as it is too cold for them to go outside (they're moving out next month). Often, they make a mess that requires mopping and the use of cleaning products (Lysol) on my floor. How dangerous are the Lysol fumes to them? After mopping, I open the windows and leave a fan going to air out the room. Thanks.

I would not say they are anymore harmful to them then they are to us really... with that said if you are worried... use plain vinegar and water to clean or dont use a lot of cleaner so there is not much smell

Vinegar, water, and a few drops of tea tree essential oil (pure oil) for disinfecting. Lysol fumes are harmful to us, and even more harmful to sensitive chickie lungs.
