Danielle has one bigger foot!

I know it doesn’t look much different but one of Danielle’s feet is bigger than the other.
I compared with old photos and both her feet were the same size.

Third picture is the underside of the bigger foot.

Could this be bumblefoot?

The middle picture looks like the beginning of foot pad dermatitis which is headed toward bumblefoot. I would start soaking the feet in warm soapy or Epsom salts water daily for 15 minutes, to see if it helps clear it up. Make sure that the coop bedding is dry and add new bedding as needed.
