In the Brooder

I have 4 two week old baby ducklings. They were yellow and fluffy when I fed them in the morning, when I went to check the water a few hours later the water had been tipped and a puddle had formed and the ducks were wet. I dried them off, cleaned the brooder and put down fresh everything. Two of the four have started to loose fuzz and get small scabs. I have changed the bedding again to ensure dryness, bit one of the 2 looks better, the other the scabs are darker. The both appear to be eating and drinking and moving, however one time the one with stabbing was on its back, but once it was right side up again went back to what appeared to be normal behavior. Should we be worried?

Here are pictures of the duckling, the ones under the light were hard to see so I took one out of the brooder as well.
