Dark spot Please help

Ok this is my first time incubating duck eggs. I'm on day 29 the duckling finally internally pipped but now it looks like the egg is bruised. Temp has been at a constant 99° and humidity was at 45-50% til day 25 which I raised to 62%. Is this normal for my eggs to look bruised? The ducklings are still alive and moving.

Unfortunately the 1st one shrink wrapped in the night but the 2nd one is doing ok. Keeping an eye on the 2nd one

I have one that looks bruised too! Did the chick turn out dark colored I'm thinking it might be a thinner section of the egg when layed?? Did your ducking hatch ok? Hoping it didn't try to pip and hit a vein or something
