Darn Foxes....

They are persistent, I will give them that!!!! Got ahold of my frizzle roo this morning and hurt him pretty good... jerks. Last year the sturdy coop and yards kept them out, this year not so much.... Not only that but my too young cockerels (hardly even crowing) got OUT and chased the fox away!!!! It's been a crazy day! This pic was too good not to share. And its a pic from last year. This year it's NOT a camera I'm aiming at those darn foxes!!!

mmm-hmmm. I visited with our local game and fish today to make sure everything was legal. They said to let them know how many we could get. They heard a rumor there were 14 kits in our immediate neighborhood.... Not for long!!!

I had a fox coming around our coop also. And she came out in the middle of the day! So my dad scared her with a sharp garden tool. lol So I got a radio, and put it on a loud station, and turnd up the volume ALL the way! And I leave it on all day and night in the coop. I have not seen her sence!!!

Those pictures are really good. I hope Mr. Fox moves on soon. The town near us has a rabid fox on the run that no one can seem to catch. He's already bitten 2 adults and a child. Very scary stuff.
