I am hatching chicks in the class, and one day 1 the incubator was accidentally turned too high. It was at about 108 for a few hours. Is there any hope!?

Depends how many hours. The eggs will have surely died if they reached 108 internally, but it takes time for the heat to reach the middle of an egg. There may be some survivors but it's unlikely - have you considered putting new eggs in since it's so early in the incubation? Hope they survive
