DAY 10 in the incubator- WHEN SHOULD I THROW OUT?

I have a handful of Silkie eggs still showing no signs of development on day 10 in the incubator. What day should I give up on these and toss them out?

I candle and day 7 and by day 10 I tossed them away if day still clear.

did you order this eggs or they are from your hens?

A month ago I order a dozenof silkie eggs paid 50 dls and none hatch many were clear by day 10

I ordered a lot of them but do have a few lavender eggs of our own. I've been fortunate so far, I think. Out of 52+ eggs I still have 37 showing proper development. I have 12 paint eggs going in the incubator tonight, fingers crossed!

Your right, it is a lot! Yes, all Silkies... I had read so much about shipped eggs and a poor hatch rate that I wasn't worried about setting so many. I can't imagine that many will actually hatch!

Ok, counted after candling for the last time for a while, 40 definites so far and 2 I'm still watching. YIKES!!!!
