Day 14 and the air cells look the same….

I candled today and almost off the air cells look just as they did on day 7!! The temp and humidity have been steady at 100 degrees and 40-50%. I took out both vent plugs the other day and I have decrease the humidity a bit 38%……should I decrease it more???

Also, when its lockdown time…..the lowest part of the air cell goes down….correct????

Lock down for chicken eggs is usually around day 19 for me, and I usually keep the humidity at 40%-50% before lock down. Hope this helps!!

Doesn't the pointed end stay down so chick pips at air cell, assuming air cell is in its 'proper' place?

Pointy end down but they might move a bit and when chicks hatch they will get kicked around so I wouldn't worry too much
