Yeah they definitely look like they passed some time ago. If you're still unsure though (and they don't stink) you can leave them a little longer. I usually leave all the eggs up until the very last moment unless they are actively weeping/oozing/or smell, just in case it's late to catch up to the others.

They do look like they probably passed. Like others said, I would leave them in and see what happens.
