Day 16, movement in all 3 eggs, but one air sac looks like trouble (photo attached)...

So you've been hand turning since day one... Got it.

I have never once let eggs settle before setting them in an incubator and I haven't had any issues with screwed up air cells not hatching because I didn't let them set.

If I were you I would be more concerned about my humidity level being too high since you don't have a humidity gauge in your incubator.
You can buy humidity gauges at Walmart for just a few dollars.

What incubator do you have?
Are you trusting your bill in thermometer or temperature reading on the incubator or do you have a separately purchased calibrated thermometer?
My eggs are shipped in the UK - have you had success with shipped eggs? I ask because I had 4 embryos die at the start of the 3rd week, so I think you're right about the humidity and heat - I need to buy a humidity gauge and additional thermometer (I use the one in the incubator).

The incubator is a Brinsea Mini II. Small, so any error will be significant.

I'm going to browse Amazon now!

Yes I actually do successfully hatch shipped eggs all the time.
I don't know who you bought eggs from but I would like to mention that buying eggs from a reliable source makes a difference.

There are many variables when it comes to hatching shipped eggs... Some of which are beyond our control.

I hope the rest of your hatch goes well.
