My incubator lost power last night, day 17. I plugged it back in this morning, but the eggs were cold. Are they lost?

It would depend on how long it was off and how cold the eggs' internal temperature became. Wait 24 hours and candle them. By them the eggs will deteriorate if they have died. Good luck.

About 12 hours, and it got cold last night. We didn't heat the house, either.
