Day 18 but chicks dont seem very big

I have recently purchased a incubator and now I am at day 25 for my duck eggs and day 18 for my chicken ones, I have candled them tonight and they all have good veins etc but do not seem to be very big inside. Before this I had a homemade incubator and they always hatched on time if not before.

My question is do I bump up the humidity and stop turning etc or leave them a couple more days

Could temp have been a little low?

You could wait till internal pips to raise humidity.

I have set it up to what the accurate temps and with my internal thermometer it is about right sometime a degree or so lower but not way out
