Day 18 question?

First time hatcher here! I am currently on day 11 and I've seen some great veining and movement! I did see a blood ring on one which was a bummer. So I have 41 eggs in the incubator right now. Should I remove all the eggs from the turner on day 17 so that day 18 I don't touch them at all? Or can I remove the eggs and turner on actual day 18? Because I have 41 eggs and I'm going to candle all of them on the 17, how long can the eggs be out the incubator without causing damage? I'm going to candle a lot of eggs and don't want to ruin the hatch

Candle and remove eggs on day 18. That is the best time to do both!
