Day 18 question

When day 18 comes when hatching chickens, I know I'm supposed to stop turning the eggs, but do I stop turning them at the beginning of day 18 or at the end of day 18?

I did at the beginning of day 18 but I am not totally shure.

It dosn't matter as long as you stp turning them. They need to get in the right postion to hatch.

yep, what jonty said. they need to stabilize to get their bearings.

ok.. so is that day 18 after they were hatched.. or just the 18th day after they were in the bator?

I always wait til late evening of day 18 so they have been turned one last time and I candle the eggs, bump the humidity all at the same time. They need the 3 days to get into position to hatch.
