Ok guys I need positive vibes , good mojo , prayrs any good stuff you want to send me , Im on day 16 for my button and cortunix quail eggs I was hopeing that my buttons would have started pipping at least by now and NOTHING
I have only one button and I really wanted him to have a freind soon or a few.
and I miss my cortunix b abies so I want more of them
arnt baby buttons sapose to hatch 14-16 days ?
my other button hatched on day like 18 but he was a freak of nature I think
my temps have been between 99.9 and 101.9 , still air

It may be that your thermometers are off so your's will always be a late hatch.... don't give up on them

I sapose its possible I havnt checked my therm lately last time i did i teasted it on my body heat and it seemed accurate ill try again

also my bf hatched out some coturnix quail...all hatched on day 16 or 17, but he left the remaining that didnt hatch in the incubator just in case. on day 20 or 21 a couple were still alive and he helped them hatch, but they didnt end up making it. but my point is, they were still alive at day 20 or 21 (cant remember which), so so far it sounds like ur ok.

LOL I came in around 3 and one of the eggs was pipped with a tiny amount of zippage , I could see his beak, well I checked allt he eggs and his was the only one doing anything , so about 10 minutes ago I hear the squeeking / calling they do when they hathced and looked in there expecting him to have hatched and was shocked to see it was the same as last I checked then I caught movement out the corner of my eye. One of the other eggs that wasnt pipped or anything had pipped zipped and hatched in like an hour and a half lol or less

the other baby joined him a few minutes later and now they both have one of my cortunix quail eggs rolling and wobbling
