I had peeping on day 19 as well. This is/was my very first time hatching...ever.
I hear this is normal and not to worry.
When I woke up on day 20, both eggs had pipped (I only have an r-com mini and only two of the three eggs were fertile).
The first little guy to hatch was actually the one that I had doubts would even hatch at all. It didn't peep before had, was a smaller egg, and during candling it seemed slower to develop. Proved me wrong! She hatched yesterday (day 20) with no problems at all. Jumped right out of her shell around 1pm.
The other one was very methodical and zipped all around the egg like she was supposed to, but the shell membrane was very rubbery and she couldn't seem to break free. Every time she tried to push out the shell membranes just acted like a rubber band.
I had to leave for a job interview at 3:30pm...so I made the decision to help her a little bit. Now both are in the brooder and seem to be doing just fine...and TODAY is day 21.
Sorry that was so long!
