If you did kill them, there is nothing you can do about that. Not to worry. It is still quite early in the process. Just wait and hope.
I think there not alive since it’s day 20 almost into 21. They should of haved pipped already. Out of 38 eggs..

Not necessarily.
I think there not alive since there’s no movement just when I candel them just shows all black and the air sack. My temp and humidity is good right. If they were alive they would of made a pip

Unless the temp was high throughout, I wouldn't expect a pip at day 19 or even 20 at that matter.
However, that temperature spike was for any significant length of time, they may have fried
Never give up this early though.

They are fully developed that’s for sure! But I don’t think they will hatch. I’ll wait another day but im sure there all dead. I guess I’ll just have to buy chicks

Give them until Day 23. I once tossed an egg I was certain was dead in the compost bin, about an hour later the bin started chirping. When I opened the lid the chick was standing up and staring at me.

I’ll wait, it just I think the mistake I made with the heater in side the room fried my chicks! This is my second time incubating and I feel very bad that both times haven’t worked.

Don't feel too bad. It isn't that easy.
I've actually done the same thing putting a space heater in a room. Prior to that the incubator was down to 97F. Luckily I discovered it when it got up to 103F.
