day 20 & 4 chicks already!!!!

I cant believe it!!! it happened so quick!!! two were already hatched @ 5:30 when i got home. the third hatched @ 6:55. the fourth hatched @ 10:45. three are dry and out in the brooder. although one is panting (breathing quickly), they look great. #4 is still getting dried off.

what should i do with the one that is breathing fast? oh, i hope he/she is ok! i have eight more eggs to go, and i see pips in at least 4!!!! this is a first for me!!! i am so excited!!! i am going to be up all night! guess who is calling in sick tomorrow @ work!!!!

oh yeah, i am ready to hatch another set apready,who new it would be such much fun!!!!!

I got home around 6 today and spotted two little faces peeping out from under my broodie hen. So we may have been dancing around at the same time! Spotted three before it went dark. It was Day 19 for my hen, so two days early. I suspect it's the hot weather, but who knows. My Little Mama has been sitting on 11 eggs and I can't sleep wondering how many more little chicks I will find tomorrow when I go out to the coop. I posted some pics in another message. Do you have any yet?

i've got two more chicks!!! so that's 6!! i will be taking pictures very soon, since i didn't make it in to work today!

congrats on the all the other chicks hatchings! oh i can't wait to hatch some more babies!
