Day 21 air cells too small?

It is day 21, these air cells look too small right? I’ve been trying to keep humidity between 35-45% but I live in Florida so every time I add even a tiny bit of water the humidity shoots way up sometimes into the 50s. How can I fix these before lockdown?

The air cell is the correct size for day 21. Usually you won't see a big dip in air cell size until around day 25.

Thank you so much! This is my first time hatching eggs and I tend to worry a lot, I saw another pic of what they are supposed to look like and thought they looked too small.
