Day 21 all hatched but 1

Hi, I incubated 9 eggs 21 days ago. All hatched at 20 days but one. At this point we are more than halfway through day 21 and I see no pipping or movement (I candled it right now) from that egg. I’ve attached a picture, can someone let me know if you think this egg is still viable or should I discard at this point.

I believe a viable egg at day 21 would be completely full/dark save for the air sack, but I would wait for someone more knowledgeable to chime in

Thanks for your input. I agree with you. Though still hoping that it’ll still hatch since I can see a little bit of veining
