Day 21 and no pip or sound. HELP!!!!

Hello everyone I have a single silkie egg in my bator and today is day 21. When I candle I can see the little guy moving, but he hasn't pipped and makes no sound and i cannot feel him moving around around when I am holding the egg, but I can see him moving when I candle the egg. When should I intervene and help him? Today is day 21.

I never help a chick out until it has pipped and been that way with no progress for 24 hours. Many chicks are late hatchers, and silkies are fickle to begin with!

Nope, I would give him until day 24 before thinking of helping, I recently had some not hatch until day 24 and the fact that I opened the incubator to candle them on day 23 seriously messed up the humidity and only one made it because they got shrink wrapped. Sit on those hands of yours for at least a couple more days. They don't always hatch on day 21, just as babies don't always deliver on their due date.
