DAY 21!!!!!!!!!! But Need Help!!!!!!!

One of my eggs has a hole in it because a chicks hatching of course

but the hole is face down. Do I need to turn it over where the hole is facing up?

I don't know much about incubating eggs, but I would say leave it alone. If the hole is faced that way that is how the chick is oriented and is obviously working that way, so I would leave it.
