Day 21, no internal pip, no chirping, weird shaped air cell but still has movement! Malpositioned? Do I do anything?

Hi all,

As explained in the subject, air cell was normal until drawdown, now its saddle shaped? I can see movement in the shadowing (like a pulsating movement) but no internal pipping, all other chicks are now hatched, just this one left! I've taken the chicks out as they've been in there over 24 hours since hatching and they were beating this egg up a bit, so took that opportunity to candle this one, please see pic below. Any thoughts?
