Ugh! This is so hard . . . the waiting and waiting and waiting . . .

Out of 34 eggs, I've only seen 2 wiggle (which started yesterday and sporadic today) and one egg that is CRACKED everywhere (no movement seen though).

I decided to visit BYC to take my mind off staring at the bator.

You'll have to post when you are sitting and waiting. . . LOL.

I notice you have alpacas. How long have you had them? Are they easy to care for?

I just put my eggs in the bator this morning!!!!!! YAY!!!!

I have had my alpacas for about a year and a half, but I have been working around them for about 4 years now. They are lots of fun and easy to take care of, and they don't eat near as much as a horse! lol They all have different personalitys, just like dogs do. Some are really friendly, and will come up to give you a kiss when you go out to the pasture.

They are very smart and easy to train. Are you interested in getting some? I have one for sale.

Now on Day 22 and nothing going on.

Alpacas sound very sweet. I may look into adding to the farm once I figure this chick hatching thing out. lol.
