Day 22 and No Movement PLEASE HELP

After 2-3 days of rocking and rolling there is no movement. I checked the chick on day 19 and could not see an air pocket ( but I am new at this) so we figured he was getting ready to pip. He rocked and rolled tell yesterday and today he is not moving. I tried to see if he internally piped and was going to assist him if he had, but when I tap the egg I can hear a faint peck. it almost sounds like little pops or cracks but no chirping of any kind.

Should I help him? I cant see his beak or anything. Please help I don't want him to die!

I'm not expert but they may be resting I've read about this they rest for a while but I'd look through more threads for help
