Hi I'm new to incubating. Today is day 23 and I have two eggs and no hatching, movement, or piping. I pulled them out to candle them today real quick to see what's going on. Do these appear to have stopped developing?

By 23 days the egg should be black with an air bubble/pocket at the top. Your egg has stopped developing. I’m sorry. Do you have others? Do they look the same? Or are they developing well? If so it is almost hatch time :).

I’d say around day 14. Did you lose power or anything? Did anything happen that could’ve stopped the incubation? If both are like that it could’ve meant that something happened around that time. I’m sure lots of people will come and help you. Though I won’t be available for the next few hours.

No but I work overnights and my husband isn't great at keeping up on humidity when I leave. So I wonder if that's the issue

No humidity is not the issue unless it's too high. Your temperature might be off. If that's a Maran egg they are harder to hatch, I don't get as good of hatches with Maran eggs.

They are ayam cemani eggs I cracked it. They stopped developing early not sure what happened. Sorry if that's graphic

Yes I agree, looks to have stopped developing around day 14. Temperature irregularities can cause this, sometimes they just stop and we never know why.
Sorry for your egg losses.
