Day 22 No pip

Hi this is my first ever hatch! I had a cutie hatch on day 21 and it doing well but I still have one in the incubator with no pip. I water tested today which indicated viability and when candled tiny movement was seen but not sure if it looks right. Any advice?

It’s probably dead. The egg should be way more full by day 22.

Looks like a dead egg. The cloudiness around the embryo is suspect to me.
