So it's day 23, 7 of my 10 heave hatched successfully. Of the 3 that are left, I see one rocking, one rocked a little yesterday, and one is still. I candled and didn't see movement inside but I did see them move in the incubator. I did a float test and the one moved for sure, the other 2 not really at all. My question, do I help pip in case they are not in the right position or just wait it out? I'm really only confident one is definitely still alive in there but I could have some lazy chicks. Everyone else hatched on days 20 and 21. Thanks for any advise!

I personally would wait. I let nature take its course.
And you don't want to intervene when it isn't ready.
It is so tough to wait! I'm not a patient person when it comes to hatching!!
Hopefully someone else has some great advice.

Don't water candle your eggs. You can drown your chicks if there's a crack in the shell.

Leave them be. I've had chicks hatch as late as day 25.
