Day 23 and 4 eggs not hatched~ please help

I am on day 23 and out of 8 eggs, I still have 4 eggs left. Will they hatch? How long do I wait?
I think I might have shrink wrapped them. My temp all of a sudden dropped to 95 and then humidity dipped to 45 and went back up to 100 after about 5 minutes. None of them are pipped yet. What should I do?

Hi,
I think since it's day 23 you could take them out and candle them for movement.
If they are still viable it won't harm them to do this.

I usually use my nose, if nothing smells bad I would go at least one more day. jmo

I have had em hatch on day 25.
