Day 23 - No chicks hatching out or peeping or chirping or moving! Help

Still no movement or peeping or chirping, etc.

What is the maximum amount of time/days to let the egg still be in the incubator before deciding to throw it out?

People have said to wait for the Day 26 mark.
Question is, should I?

Yes. Wait longer. Uneven temperatures or slightly cool temperatures in the incubator can delay a hatch. I'd give it to at least 25 days.
