Day 23 no internal pip!!

Hi all, 3/4 of my silkies have hatched successfully without an issue, however my last egg is on its 23rd day without an internal pip! I have already poked a safety hole yesterday so I cannot use the water method unfortunately due to the fact that I am new to this. Please help!

I’m not sure but I do see blood vessels and Im pretty sure I heard a chirp

But i might have heard wrongly as my other baby silkies were nearby in their brooder
