I've posted before about my weird incubation. It was my best yet, with 8 making it to lockdown. And then the days clicked on and nothing. Last night, day 23 I candled and 7 were still not internally pipped and one was yelling at me. I was able to assist that one to hatch just now (was pretty shrink wrapped). All the others have stopped moving today. What would cause them all to be really late and then 7 to quit without internally pipping? Incubator too cool? And what on earth do I do with one chick? If anyone has day old chicks in the Denver area and wants to add one, let me know! This one needs friends.
