Day 24 no hatch egg shells all hard and dried like glass

I'm on day 24 of my chicken eggs hatch, they have gone passed their hatching day by 4 days. I candled them to night and their shells feels all hard like glass. I had problem with my humidity going down for the egg incubator on may days.

What should I do ?

My egg incubator's humidity has been going down a lot to 55% for 2 week, as my mum had the builders in do work and they keeped leaving the doors open, which make to humidity go down.

Unfornchny the chicks didn't make it. One chick was facing the wrong way in the egg and was taped in the egg, it was for 3 min then die.
