Day 27 egg??

I’m so lost. This egg is day 27. I put it on my calendar when I stuck it under my hen. I candled it last night before removing it and it was still moving, a lot! So I put it back. The silkie who laid this egg has VERY hard shells. But it hasn’t pipped yet. It takes up the entire egg. The air sac is at the bottom and cant be seen but is a half inch and hasn’t changed in a week.

I also have a second egg in there that I have no idea how far along but it has a very strange looking air sac. I would say its a week or so behind the one in the video

Right?! Thats what I am worried about. The poor thing being stuck in there. But it is a broody hatch and we have had some cooler weather...I just don’t know whats right.

I would rather not. I think I might just let nature take its course and keep checking on it. I have to keep her broody because I am picking up some chicks on Friday. Part of me would feel awful if my lack of help caused it to die but part of me feels maybe its natures course?

Maybe
