Just curious if it is common to not see development of ayam Cemani eggs at day 6? I know they are fertile bc I see him breed his ladies and my mother in law just hatched out one from the same ACs. All my other eggs in the incubator seem to be developing fine.

If they all go in the same day, after 6 days , they should all be on day 6 of development. They should all appear similar upon candling. Are you in the Northern Hemisphere?

You said you see the cock mating the hens. Do you know he has bred the ones from which you have eggs cooking?
Now with the shortest days of the year, not only does the hen need to be photo stimulated to ovulate, the roos also need photo stimulation for sperm production.
Have you cracked open one of the eggs from a hen in question to look for the halo, signifying fertilization?

He’s in a trio I can’t say for sure if he has bred both bc they look the same lol. I haven’t cracked them open either though bc they don’t lay too often so their eggs are precious and I figured I wouldn’t need to since a baby just hatched from them. How long should I wait before I trash the eggs in the incubator?

To answer your last question first, I don't remove eggs unless they leak or stink. In another 4 or 5 days, with no development showing, I'd pull them.
Since it is a trio, you can be assured, he has mated both. Unless he's shooting blanks. I understand not wanting to waste valuable eggs.
