Day old baby chick- leg/hip deformed. HeLp??

I have just hatched some baby chicks, 3 of them have this leg deformation. There legs are not underneath them to support them. They are pretty much on there bellies and kicking there feet but not getting anywhere. I would like to know if anyone know of a way that I can fix them??? Vitamins? I have never had to put any "down" and I dont want to start, but its heartbreaking seeing them trying to move but cant...

That is Spraddle Leg, and there are a couple ways you can correct it. You can use a bandaid to try to correct it. I think if you use the search function there is a topic with pics about how to do it.

Thank you so much. I already splinted3of them up. I have also put some polyvisol in there water so maybe that will help. I am hoping it works.
