I dont know what to do for this baby. She cant get off her back and when we roll her back around within a few seconds later she ends up on her back again! Her little legs seem fine and she's kicking around trying to flip over, I feel so helpless not being able to help her.. has anyone else experienced anything like this?

Yes. It has never gotten better in my experience. If the chick eats and drinks you could try to make a make-shift container to hold it upright with the hope that the condition improves in a few days. My advice is to euthanize. Sorry.

I have occasionally received chicks (or ducklings) barely alive and have revived them. You need to take the chick out of the brooder so the other chicks don't knock it around and hold it. It is so weak that it can not feed itself and is probably dehydrated. If you want to save the chick it will be a lot of work.
Use an eye dropper to give the chick water. Just a drop at a time, not too much. Hold the chick in a paper towel or cloth to keep it warm.
Sometimes chicks just hatch weak and need extra personal care to survive. GOOD LUCK

Did you hatch it or buy it? I would give 2 drops of Poultry NutriDrench (shake well) and follow by dipping it’s beak into water to get it drinking. Then place it in a warm cup or wineglass padded with a washcloth or tissues to get it standing. Keep it warm in the brooder. Offer water and food often. You can mix a little chick feed with water to make a thin paste. If you cannot get the NutriDrench right away, make electrolytes by mixing a quart or liter of water, 1 tsp of sugar, 1/4 tsp of salt. B complex vitamins, or liquid baby vitamins with riboflavin would be good to help with leg health. Good luck. I had hatch 2 chicks once who never were able to stand, but fell backward and arched their backs. We tried for 2 days to help them, but had to put them down.
