day old chick problems

These chicks are same breed same clutch and in the same incubator. But one has weird feathers. Has anyone seen this before.

Is it all dry? Has it puffed out at all? I seen a thread on a chick that looked like that when it died in the shell. I don't remember was wrong. But I think it was on raising and caring for chicks. It could be the parents. Post a pic if it starts fluffing up. The parents might have some other breeds that you don't know about.

Yeah, there was a thread last week where a chick died in the shell and its feathers looked just like that. Looks like they have almost like little bulb on the feathers. As far as I saw nobody ever was able to say what could cause it on that thread. Hopefully someone will see this one and maybe have some answers for you.
