Day old on back feet shaking---what should I do?

Went in to the nursery this morning to find one of my Buff ducklings on her back and her feet shaking uncontrollably. I put her
upright but she just flops over on her head. What if anything should I be doing? She is in the brooder with day old chicks.
Can anyone identify what this ailment might be. Would she have come with this from the hatchery?

Star gazing or wry neck are two common names for it. You can search both here on the duck area. You need to get poly vo sol withOUT iron and use it in the ducklings drinking water until the issue corrects its self. Most of the time they correct and live a perfectly normal life.
