Daytime rain shelter for the free range area

Hello. I was hoping somebody else has had the same idea as me and can help me decide on a direction for a simple small rain shelter.. I have a great large coop that is fully secure (at night) and weather resistant. It's on the side of the house. During daytime they don't want to hang out together in it (only to go lay an egg). they prefer to be out in the yard scratching, eating, roaming, and they sleep in bamboo grove together. But when it is rainy and windy they now are huddling together behind the BBQ near our back door. So I want to provide a simple area for my 4 birds to still be in the yard enjoying themselves but out of the rain and wind. I want it to look cool, because we work hard to keep our yard nearly perfect. I was thinking about something like maybe a miniature
greenhouse. Anybody made something for a daytime hangout shelter? Yes I spoil them.

I have a HUGE hard shell dog crate that I put shavings in and sat it out by my husbands mud truck thats parked in the yard that the girls were huddling under when out free ranging. Now all 6 run in it when it rains and they are out ranging!! A big dog house might work too, something with a big open door!!

It rarely rains where I live. But when it does, my girls hang out in their dust bathing area they have under a canoe. I have it overturned and up on blocks under the shade of a couple trees. They also hang out there just to get out of the sun too. We have plenty of that.
