Anyone know where to find DE (food grade) in Maryland? Ideally So. Maryland? And please, before you reply with "www.xyz" sells it, I'm aware, I'm just loking to purchase it over the counter. Thanks in advance

Hopefully someone in Maryland can answer your question. I'm in Virginia, and I found DE at Southern States - do you have Southern States there? I also found some at a local feed store in 50 lb bags. Our Southern States said they started carrying it because a customer asked for it. Maybe you could ask your local feed store to get it for you? Ours carries the "Concern" brand.

Thanks for the response. Yes, I do have SS buy me but they dont carry it nor can they order it (so they say). I may have to run down your way just for some DE.

ive found some in the winchester va area at a local feed store it is called GEOBOND it is organic it has some kind of clay and DE in it. It tells you about the feeding ration on the bag, it doesnt say it is food grade just organic with feeding instructions, i think it says no more than 2% of total feed Ron

Have you tried calling Bowen's Farm Supply in Annapolis to see if they've got it? Maybe they could get it for you.

If you find some, let us know - I might need DE before summer is over! '

if your checking Annapolis, how bout the old Tobins feed....on 175 in Gambrills, the name is now "Country Feed and Garden". I haven't been there in a while, but they usually have the stuff the "chain" stores don't carry, or would be will to order. What exactly is DE??...just another newbie trying to figure it all out.

by the way, I'm learning there is alot of "us" in MD, and a lot of "closet BYC" around....LOL
