De-worming chickens

I am new to keeping chickens; I have recently adopted 3 very cute chicks.

When old enough I plan to house them outside in the back yard which they will share with my 3 dogs - supervised of course. There are also random wild animals that are in our area: squirrels, possums, raccoons and skunks.

Is there a regular deworming schedule I should consider? What deworming products should I use?
