Dead chick with yolk/vent problem (graphic photos)

hi everyone, I opened up my unhatched eggs and found one (albino!!) silkie chick with its yolk inside its vent. The chick was fully formed and filled the egg tight but I guess couldn’t get out. Here are some pics of it, please comment if this has happened to you, know what it is or how to prevent it. Thankyou

That is its yolk sack and it usually is absorbed before hatching...Did you assist before it was ready?

No I opened day 25 but the yolk is supposed to be on the outside but somehow it was inside my chick

You opened it when?...Was it just pipping the shell?...Anyways you opened it befor it was ready...They pip and it can take 24 hours before they zip out..During that time they absorb the yolk...Eggs take time to hatch and not a process to rush...
